FPCoG Passover Seder Saturday, April 26, 2008 [ 2008-03-17 ]
Please join us as we celebrate the Jewish festival of freedom through word, song, food and friendship! We will gather in the vestry at 5 pm for the Seder and the telling of the Passover story. And then at 6 pm we’ll feast on creatively traditional Passover meal.Here are all of the recipes (scaled for 12 people) that we will be using. If you would like to volunteer to cook, please . People who cook may be reimbursed, or may choose to donate their time and food.
We ask that you reserve and pre-pay for the event — $10/adult; $5 for children under 13; or $30/family (4 or more people). Make the check out to First Parish Church of Groton, send it to the office and write “Passover Seder” on the memo line. If you have a financial hardship, please talk to Rev. Sue Phillips. You may also sign up and pay in the vestry at Coffee Hour starting on Sunday, March 30th. Sign up deadline is Sunday April 20th. Space is limited so reserve your place soon!
